On this course, you will learn neuroscience behind stress and learn to manage stress with simple movement and breathing exercises. The course is designed by neuroscientist Dr. Hanna Poikonen who has taught her WiseMotion method on neuroscience and movement around the world and on several online platforms. The course consists of six videos: Introduction, Workshops 1-4 and Summary. Each workshop is about 40 minutes with a 20-minute movement exercise and a 20-minute neuroscience lecture. The movement exercises can be done in a small space, for example at home or in an office.
