Ahmed Shaaban holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an accounting focus from Alexandria University, as well as the following certifications: Certified Lead Auditor from Internation Registrar for Certified Auditors ( ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001), Lean Manufacturing Bronze Medal in Quality Assurance and Control from the Society for Manufacturing Engineers SME, Six Sigma Green Belt from the American Society for Quality ASQ, and a Higher Diploma in Quality Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. He has over 19 years of experience in the service industry field, having worked for the Egyptian and Saudi Ministries and Governmental Agencies, as well as multinational and local companies in both countries in a diversified scope. His expertise includes training, management, negotiation, communication, strategy, teamwork, problem-solving, business process improvement, process engineering, total productive maintenance (TPM), total quality management (TQM), and project management, among others.
