Z. Altug is a board-certified doctor of physical therapy with a Doctoral of Physical Therapy (DPT) from The College of Scholastica. He has 32 years of clinical experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions. Z uses integrative and lifestyle medicine to help his patients and clients recover and heal. He is the author of Integrative Healing (2018), a Continuing Education Instructor at Herman & Wallace, and a Physical Therapist at Luna On-Demand Physical therapy. He is also engaged as a Continuing Education Instructor at Physiopedia. In 2023, Z Altug will publish the Lifestyle Medicine Toolbox book with Jessica Kingsley Publishers (London). In addition to his Doctoral Degree, he holds a Master of Science Degree in Sport and Exercise Studies and a Bachelor of Science Degree from West Virginia University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences.
